Salted Caramel Sauce Recipe

- 1-1/2 cup Granulated Sugar
- 1/4 cup Water
- 1 stick Unsalted Butter, Cubed, Room Temperature
- 3/4 cups Heavy Cream, Room Temperature
- 1/4 teaspoon Pure Vanilla Extract
- 1 Tablespoon To 1 1/2 Tablespoons Sea Salt
