Blueberry Iced Coffee
I'm new to the coffee world, I just became addicted just a short few months ago. I have always been a tea drinker but a trip to visit friends in May turned me into a full fledged coffee drinker. So when Green Mountain Coffee® contacted me and asked me to become a K-Cup Ambassador, I said yes!
I found out that I love iced coffee…am obsessed with it. I'm on the sweeter side when it comes to my coffee. I totally get it from my Mom, she puts five million sugars in her coffee.
Every month, Green Mountain Coffee is going to be sending me a new flavor of their K-Cups…and August was their Wild Mountain Blueberry K-Cup. Have you ever had coffee that smelled like the flavor but didn't taste like it? Yep, you know what I'm talking about. This coffee actually tastes like blueberries and it's great. Smooth tasting and I had to make it into an iced coffee.
First, I add the sweetened condensed milk to the bottom of my cup, brew the wild mountain blueberry coffee via my Keurig brewer. When it's finished brewing, mix the coffee and milk really good. Taste and add more milk if needed. Then add about 2 cups of ice and I mixed it with a chopstick. (I use chopsticks a lot as a cooking utensil. 🙂 )
It kinda reminds me of Vietnamese Iced Coffee with a blueberry flavor. Enjoy, enjoy.

YUM! We were talking about how we NEED a Keurig. I need a major hook up!
I LOVE iced coffee too. Tasty looking recipe. Great gig, Julie! Lucky girl!!! 😉
First of all I love Vietnamese coffee so very very much! And then I love blueberries, but I have never had coffee that tastes like them, so I am curious now. I am sure I would love the iced with condensed milk version though, that sounds too good! Thanks for the visits to my blog:).
Vietnamese iced coffee is made with sweetened condensed milk…so I know you would love it!
Vietnamese Iced Coffee with a blueberry flavor sounds FABULOUS! I love iced coffee and blueberry coffee, now THAT sounds like a must-try!
Ah! One of my favorite coffee flavors is this blueberry cobbler flavor from New England coffee. I have to try this!!
This is awesome! Who would’ve thought to add blueberry to coffee? I especially love the condensed milk in this too 🙂
I love Green Mountain Coffee. Great company with great ideas.. Welcome to the world of coffee, you’ll never go back to tea 😉
who DOESN’T use their chopsticks a cooking utensil most of the time? 🙂
i also have a keurig, but i don’t drink coffee at home often enough to warrant actually taking it out of the box. (i won it in a trivia contest). it’ll make a great present + your recipe printed for someone at xmas.
I need a Keurig! This sounds delish Julie!
Oh, wow! We loooove our Keurig and will never go back to using a pot. (We think pots are for tea, and although the Keurig has tea K-Cups, we’ve not yet tried those. Will, though, soon!) What a great coffee and recipe. I just found your blog, and will be back!
I use chopsticks to stir sometimes, too! They’re sturdy but thin and gets the job done 🙂
I knew you’d appreciate the flavors! I’m glad you’re an ambassador!
LOVE this post; blueberry iced coffee sounds heavenly. Have a great night!
Blueberry coffee sounds really intriguing!
What an interesting flavor for coffee! Really intrigued!
Julie, this sounds fabulous. I hate when coffee flavors are deceiving–smell like it but don’t taste like it. Good to know to not discount all coffee flavors to still give them a try! Jon was just saying the other day he wanted to trade in our current single cup coffee machine for a Keurig!
Yummy! I love coffee and iced coffee and this is totally amazing! =)
I LOVE GREEN MOUNTAIN COFFEE! {sorry for the shout-y capitals} Seriously I’ve been on a hunt to find the blueberry kind since your Instagram… no luck yet! But I won’t give up because I need a blueberry iced coffee STAT!
I believe I need to try that! I am new to the Keurig world and am LOVING the Green Mountain Coffee!
Yum!! I love blueberry. Must find these kcups!
That coffee sounds sooo yummy! I love anything blueberry!
This sounds incredible- you had me at iced coffee, then you reeled in me closer with blueberry and sent me over the top with the comparison to Vietnamese coffee.
When should I drop for coffee? 🙂
I actually drink a blueberry tea all the time that I LOVE so i bet i’d adore this, too. YUM!
yum! that coffee sounds delicious! I love the idea of adding condensed milk as a sweetener!
Whaaaa? Blueberry iced coffee? How awesome is that! I’ve tried blueberry tea, but something about adding it to coffee is making my mouth water. How yummy!
I kind of love that you just started drinking coffee because it makes me feel less weird about the fact that I don’t really drink it. I’m all about tea! This looks delicious though–love blueberries!
Oh, yum! We’ve been drinking iced coffee all summer – so refreshing! Love that they have a blueberry flavor – so interesting!
WOW – I am beyond jealous – how does a person become an ambassador!!!!!
Blueberry anything is yummmy!
I only drink iced coffee (I don’t care for hot coffee) but I’ve never tried blueberry! This sounds really good!
The grocery store here has Keurig’s so I’m gonna have to bother them about making sure to get some of the blueberry kind! This sounds heavenly 🙂
I’ve been drinking Green Mountain Coffee for years at my husband’s office, but just recently got a Keurig at home. Can’t wait to try this. 🙂
I don’t drink coffee (just the smell alone gives me a headache) but like the idea of blueberry iced… something else. 🙂 Just wanted to say that I love how colorful these pictures are!
Mmm, sound great and I love the idea of using sweetened condensed milk. I’m the same way with sugar though. I have more sweetener than coffee. I’m even teased because I feel like the only Asian that puts sugar in her tea too!
I love my Keurig and I love the mountain blueberry coffee.. I also use chopsticks for almost everything 🙂
I never thought about the sweetened milk though.. I’ll give it a shot!
First let me say, so jealous! 🙂 I love the gig and I know you will become addicted to coffee like I am, lol. Condensed milk in iced coffee is like heaven in a cup, I always add it in mine… YUM!
This sounds like the perfect afternoon pick me up!
Blueberry is such an unexpected flavor for coffee! But it does sound intriguing – blueberries do taste delicious in, well, anything!
Hopefully your palate will graduate to drinking fresh coffee. I am not a fan of Keurigs for the simple fact that the coffee in the K-cups are not very caffeinated and it causes a lot of waste to our environment, much like bottled water. You should try your recipe using cold brew coffee concentrate instead. I think you would be very pleased. Sorry if i offended anyone who enjoys Keurigs, but i used to work for a coffee roaster so i became very well educated in the coffee department. When you get down to it, coffee beans are very similar to wine grapes. The fresher the beans are, the more caffeine you will get. You could get a hint of blueberry undertones by simply drinking fresh roasted Ethiopian Harar. Also buying Fair Trade coffee beans helps support the actual farmers who put in so much work . This recipe sounds delicious though! I have recently been using my coffee concentrate with fresh banana milk and it turned out great 🙂 I will definitely try this but with concentrate instead.
