I have been complaining about the heat here in Florida but at the same time I don't want summer to go yet. Every year, I say I'm not ready for Fall…digging in my heals. I love the sunshine, the long days and I love being able to take photos with natural light into the evening hours. I know I know, obsess much?
Anyways, this chocolate chip cookie ice cream sandwich is how I am going to hold onto summer a little bit longer.
They are easy breezy…I show you how to make them!
