Chicken parmesan has to be one of my favorite meals. I have fond memories of Curtis make me chicken parm one time when I came home from work really late. He had even lit candles for me. Which he had never done before! I guess you can say it’s a meal that’s in my top ten favorites! Instead of pasta, we are making it today with zucchini noodles!
