Heat the oven to 325 degrees F. Place the ham with the cut side down into a roasting pan. Add water about 1 inch deep. Cover the ham tightly with a piece of foil. Bake for about 1 1/2 hours. (You may need to do less time or more depending if your ham is smaller or larger. The package of ham that I bought said bake for 20 minutes per pound, that’s the total time. You’ll see later on, we continue to bake it.)
Add Florida Orange Juice, brown sugar, marmalade and honey to a saucepan. Whisk together and cook for 10 to 15 minutes on medium, until thickened.
Remove ham from the oven. Turn the oven up to 425 degrees.
Using a silicon brush, add the glaze you made to the ham. Cook for another 30 minutes. Adding more glaze every 5 to 10 minutes. When the ham is done roasting, be sure to place it on a cooling rack and allow it to rest at least 15 to 20 minutes before slicing.
