PRICES TO RISE IN THE NEAR FUTURE:
Since 2022, I have been holding out on raising the prices of the products and shipping because I was hoping that the inflation will dwindle back down. But the cost of materials have doubled which leaves me with only two choices: A) Close the business, or B) adjust the prices. With the way inflation is right now, all prices in the shop are actually a steep discount considering that the prices do not reflect the inflated cost of materials that have only been rising. And so, I have made the decision to adjust the prices in the near future.

PROCESSING TIME-FRAME:
All items in the shop have a processing time-frame of up to 5 business days, excluding USPS holidays. Business days do not consist of weekend days. Rush Requests are also not being accepted at this time due to the high volume of orders. For more information, please review the Shipping and Policies section of the shop.

PROMOTIONAL DISCOUNTS:
When there is a promotional discount, it will be on the first line of this Shop Announcement. But other than that, please note that the shop does NOT normally have promotional coupon codes. Why? Because the shop already offers affordable prices especially considering the QUANTITY that you receive for each set of inserts, in addition to the QUALITY of the product that is offered. I'm pleased to offer prices like $18.95 USD for a whole year's worth of weekly half-letter size inserts on premium paper, whereas others will charge twice as much (or more) for a year's worth. The prices are set so that you don't have to wait for a "Tuesday Special", nor keep watching social media to catch a coupon code, nor wait for a holiday sale to make your much-needed planner purchases. I want your shopping experience to be as convenient as possible so that you can purchase at the affordable original price any time throughout the year! :) A good portion of the sales is reinvested back into the shop to upkeep and upgrade my many machines and tools so that I can continue to offer quality products while fulfilling the increasing volume of orders within a 3-5 business days processing time. This is the business model that I believe in, and I truly am happy how this has helped many customers!

The cost of postage, expenses, and operating fees have been increasing over the past several years, and Jee Papeterie, LLC has been fighting to maintain the same prices throughout the rising costs. But after much analysts this past quarter, it has been decided that beginning in 2019, the new prices will go into effect in order to continue managing the daily operations without compromising the quality of the products that Jee Papeterie, LLC is proud to offer. The shop heavily reinvests back into the daily operations by updating tools and machines in order to keep producing quality pieces within the processing time-frame. And the shop will continue to invest into its mission to bring you quality products that will earn your continuous support year after year.

Custom and personalized orders

CUSTOMIZATION? No.
PERSONALIZATION? Yes, depending on the design. Please read on.

As of right now, I'm focusing on putting out orders and designing new products for the shop. And so I will not be able to accommodate to custom orders (CHANGES to the current designs which includes changes to font style or color changes, or CREATING new designs). However, you may message me to share ideas for covers/dashboards/inserts that you would be interested in. I will consider ideas that come in while I'm working on my designs. If it's just a personalization (adding name or changing the text a bit), please message me for details. The possibilities for personalization will depend on the design. :) Not all requests are doable.

Dashboards: I have an A5 ring binder. Should I choose the A5 size or Half-Letter size dashboard?

Both A5 (5.8" x 8.3") and Half-Letter (5.5" x 8.5") size options will fit within the A5 binders. A5 is an international standard size. Half-Letter is a U.S. standard size.

The ideal size to select would depend on the size of your inserts and dividers. For example, if you purchase the Filofax A5 binder along with the Filofax inserts and dividers, those Filofax papers will be in A5 size as well. Therefore, choose the A5 dashboard. However, if you plan to remove the Filofax A5 inserts (or not purchase them) and instead which to use Half-Letter size inserts and half-letter size dividers instead, you would choose the Half-Letter size dashboard.

I have purchased and tested a variety of paper brands, printers, inks, toners, pens, markers, etc. This research has been a time-consuming and costly investment, but I believe this research is critical in order to achieve towards bringing my customers the latest quality products. The research, trade, and choice materials are what produces Jee Papeterie, LLC's unique quality goods. Therefore, I do not disclose research and brand information.

About the laminating:

>> Thickness for Planner Covers: 10-mil.

>> Thickness for Planner Dashboards: 5-mil.

>> Full-Surface Heat-Laminating Machine: I use a particular brand of laminating pouches along with a professional-series laminating machine that has multiple heated pressure rollers. This means that the entire design is heat-adhered to the laminated surface. And so there is no bubbling where the hole is punched.

How are the items packaged?

TO PREVENT MOISTURE DAMAGE: All paper products are enclosed in plastic sleeves.

TO PREVENT BENDING: I ship orders in either a rigid chipboard mailer, or in a box if the quantity exceeds the capacity of the chipboard mailer.

Why do you have a No-Returns / No-Exchange policy?

1) All items are made-to-order based upon exact specifications: size, date-range, punch, etc. Therefore, they aren't guaranteed to be resold with custom size, punch, hours, and dates which renders them to become obsolete and unsellable over time.

2) As a small business, I do not have the capacity to absorb the cost of returns which involves time and resource outside of normal shop hours. In the past I have found every return was due to a customer's failure to read descriptions or a change-of-mind. I had 2 choices: A) increase prices across the shop to cover the cost of returns; or B) do not accept returns/exchanges. I decided on the latter as I did not believe it was right to penalize every customer with higher prices in behalf of a few.

Do you combine the shipping rates?

ORDERS WITHIN THE U.S.A.:
The combined shipping rate is automatically calculated at checkout. Orders that are placed separately do NOT qualify for combined shipping rates.
