After sharing the Frost Bite mocktail with you, my next mission was to create a cocktail recipe using Sierra Mist Natural. Easy peasy…I have been all about Meyer lemons lately so I thought I would go for a vodka cooler that is full of citrus flavor. I love mint in my cocktails so it had to make an appearance.

This is so good and refreshing, it's perfect for the holidays!! Even better, it's really, really easy to make. How about a holiday brunch or a pitcher of these at a holiday party?

Sierra Mist Natural Citrus Cooler

Prep Time 15 minutes
Total Time 15 minutes
Servings 2 drinks

Ingredients

  • ice
  • 1 oz orange juice
  • 1 oz pineapple juice
  • 1 oz Meyer lemon juice
  • 1 1/2 oz citrus vodka
  • fresh mint leaves
  • 4-6 oz Sierra Mist Natural

Instructions

  • Fill a cocktail shaker with ice, juices, vodka and mint leaves. Shake all ingredients well and strain into two large glasses filled with ice.
  • Top with Sierra Mist Natural and garnish a few mint leaves (optional).

      My husband’s aunt always made us old fashions with lots of fresh fruit and muddlers to smoosh the fruit. I don’t know what was in them but they were good.

      My favorite cocktail is a gin martini. I like Tangueray Gin, so I put in two shots with some ice. Put a dash of dry vermouth over the top. Put a couple of big olives in it. Sit back, sip this drink, and enjoy!

      Yumm on these! But my fav cocktail is a sangria made with 50% less sugar lemonade and a personal size merlot bottle from shutter home. Just add apples cut in squares, and yumm! 🙂

      I like Sierra Mist and use it in my holiday recipes. It is great to use in the crockpot while cooking ham.

      Bourbon and Blood Orange Blast

      Ingredients

      1 1/2 ounces bourbon
      1/2 cup blood orange juice
      8 fresh mint leaves, plus a sprig of mint for garnish

      Directions

      In a shaker, mix together the bourbon, blood orange juice, and mint leaves. Serve over ice in a low glass and garnish with a sprig of mint

      Favorite cocktail recipe is Low-Cal A-Rita
      2 ounces tequila
      Splash of Sierra Mist Natural
      Splash Grand Marnier
      Pour all ingredients over ice.

      I cant drink alcohol – but I love to take 1/4 cranberry juice and 3/4 Sierra Mist…. Tastes sooo YUMMY! Guess you could add vodka to it or a schnaups.

      I am a big bloody mary fan but I make it with 1/2 V8 & 1/2 bloody mary mix so it isnt too spicy. A splash of green olive juice alone with a couple of olives, some celery salt & a stalk of celery makes it perfect.

      It’s not really a cocktail recipe but it is my favorite summer drink. I love real Italian Limoncello liqueur and Sierra Mist in a tall frosty glass. Limoncello and Sierra Mist are absolutely perfect together. Sierra Mist has something a little more zesty than other lemon-lime sodas.

      OMG I totally make almost that same Sierra Mist recipe, but I didn’t know it was actually a recipe! I thought I made it up! LOL I also like to take Sierra Mist, cranberry juice, vodka, and a bit of fresh lemon. Soo yummmy!

      My favorite is a frozen pina colada that I keep in the freezer and can serve when ever I need to. It is one fifth of rum, one 46 oz. can of pineapple juice, and one jar of cream of coconut. Mix together and freeze. When you serve put a scoop of frozen mix in a glass and fill with Sierra Mist. YUMM!!

      My favorite cocktail is Sweet and Sour mixer with SIerra Mist Cranberry Juice and Vodka. Not sure of the name anymore, as I make them at home.

      In a bar/restaurant I order Vodka Tonics.

      I like Holiday Frozen Cranberry Margaritos
      1 (10-oz.) can frozen mojito mix
      3/4 cup tequila
      1/4 cup whole-berry cranberry sauce
      2 tablespoons orange liqueur
      2 tablespoons fresh lime juice

      We make a drink using
      3 oz orange juice
      3 oz white wine
      1 oz sierra mist
      poured on top of ice.
      It’s quite tasty and refreshing.

      I am going to try this for Christmas dinner. I have been looking for a new recipe. I will be leaving out the alcohol though.

      I tried your Cranberry Sierra Mist and put a little orange juice in it. It was pretty good but this sounds better. I also haven’t been able to find the Cranberry Sierra Mist since Thanksgiving so I need to find a year round go to mixer. I can’t wait to give it a try.

      My favorite cocktail is called the Sweetest Torment

      1 part gin
      1 part vodka
      1 part light rum
      1 part triple sec
      1 part chambord
      1 part midori
      a splash of coke
      grenadine till it’s pink
      splash of sweet and sour
      two cherries and a lime.

      It was my signature drink when I used to bar-tend.

      1 cup Ice (crushed)

      Coffee Coolata

      2 cupscold coffee
      6 tsp sugar
      1/2 cup milk
      6 ice cubes
      1 oz Kahlua® coffee liqueur

      Mix coffee, sugar, and milk in a blender and add more of either to taste, then add the ice and crush it until no large chunks are present. Add the Kahlua, and mix if you’d like that.

      I love Prosecco with a few frozen raspberries added to the glass!! Simple and the berries look so festive at the bottom of the glass.
