Here are the ones on my list that I have to make soon: ribollita, lemon roasted chicken with moroccan couscous, chicken & mushrooms in mustard marsala cream sauce, meatloaf burgers, lemon cream risotto and her vanilla cream cheese frosting (I have so many ideas for it!).
What is eating in the middle? Eating mostly wholesome and healthy for your foods and recipes but sometimes indulging. I love what Andie says about finding a balance…that's exactly what it is. I love this way of eating and that's the way I usually try to eat myself.
She shares many stories in her cookbook…and what I love about her blog and both of her books, she shares so much of herself. She is in person like she is in her blog and her in books. She's an amazing person and the beauty of her recipes shine through!
